1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AirTrace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AirTrace.

2. Description of Service

AirTrace is an AI-powered, community-driven web application that provides air freight cargo handler information for airports. The Service allows users to look up handler assignments by airline AWB prefix and airport code, and to contribute corrections and suggestions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others; each subscription is for a single user
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or login credentials
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through suggestions
  • Interfere with the operation or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Community Contributions

When you submit suggestions, corrections, or other content to AirTrace:

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your contributions as part of the Service
  • You represent that your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You acknowledge that contributions are subject to review and may be accepted, modified, or rejected at our discretion
  • You retain no ownership claims over how contributed data is used within the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, database structure, and aggregated data, is the intellectual property of AirTrace. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

AirTrace provides handler information on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy through AI-assisted processing and community verification:

  • Handler assignments may change without notice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
  • You should independently verify handler information before relying on it for operational decisions
  • We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information provided by the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • In no event shall AirTrace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirTrace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms with or without notice
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Sections 6 (Community Contributions), 7 (IP), 9 (Liability), and 10 (Indemnification) survive termination

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which AirTrace is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
